3. Veterinary Appointments

Appointments may be booked through telephone, WhatsApp, email, website forms, social media, Google Business Profile, or other authorised communication channels.

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and veterinary doctor availability. Submission of an enquiry or appointment request does not automatically guarantee a confirmed appointment.

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate information regarding the pet's condition, symptoms, age, breed, vaccination history, medical history, location, and any previous treatment.

4. Veterinary Doctor at Home

Veterinary Wellness offers veterinary doctor home visits in Gurgaon/Gurugram and selected nearby areas, subject to doctor availability and service coverage.

Home visit charges may vary depending on location, timing, urgency, type of consultation, travel distance, and treatment required.

A home consultation does not guarantee that every diagnostic procedure, surgery, treatment, or emergency intervention can be performed at the patient's location.

Where hospitalisation, imaging, surgery, intensive care, or specialised diagnostics are required, the veterinary doctor may recommend that the pet be taken to an appropriate veterinary clinic, hospital, laboratory, or specialised facility.

5. Emergency Veterinary Services

Veterinary Wellness may provide emergency veterinary support depending on the availability of veterinary professionals and required resources.

Although our contact services may be available 24×7, immediate doctor availability cannot be guaranteed for every emergency, location, or circumstance.

In life-threatening situations, pet owners should seek the nearest available emergency veterinary hospital or veterinary facility without unnecessary delay.

Website forms, emails, social media messages, or other digital communications should not be relied upon as guaranteed emergency response channels.

6. Veterinary Advice and Diagnosis

Information published on our website, social media pages, blogs, videos, or other digital platforms is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Such content should not be considered a substitute for a physical veterinary examination, diagnosis, prescription, or professional veterinary treatment.

Treatment recommendations may vary depending on the pet's species, breed, age, medical history, symptoms, physical examination, diagnostic results, and response to treatment.

7. Treatment Outcomes

Veterinary Wellness and its associated veterinary professionals will make reasonable professional efforts to provide appropriate pet healthcare.

However, no particular medical outcome, recovery time, treatment response, surgical outcome, or cure can be guaranteed.

Animals may respond differently to medications, procedures, vaccinations, anaesthesia, surgery, or other treatments due to individual medical conditions and biological factors.

8. Pet Vaccination

Vaccinations are administered based on veterinary assessment, the age and health of the pet, vaccination history, and recommended vaccination schedules.

Pet owners must provide accurate information about previous vaccinations, allergies, illnesses, ongoing medications, and any previous adverse vaccine reactions.

Mild or serious reactions can occasionally occur after vaccination. Pet owners should follow the veterinarian's instructions and immediately seek veterinary assistance if unusual symptoms develop.

9. Blood Testing and Diagnostic Services

Veterinary Wellness may arrange or provide blood sample collection and diagnostic testing either at home or through third-party diagnostic laboratories.

Test result timelines may vary depending on the type of test, laboratory availability, sample condition, courier or transport conditions, public holidays, and other operational factors.

Veterinary Wellness is not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by independent diagnostic laboratories or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Pet Grooming Services

Pet grooming services may include bathing, brushing, nail trimming, coat care, hygiene grooming, ear cleaning, or other grooming-related services.

Pet owners must inform the grooming team about aggressive behaviour, anxiety, skin conditions, injuries, infections, allergies, seizures, or any other medical or behavioural concerns before grooming.

Services may be stopped or modified if continuing the procedure could create a safety risk for the pet, groomer, veterinary professional, or any other person.

11. Surgery and Medical Procedures

Surgical and invasive procedures may require additional consent, medical assessment, diagnostic testing, fasting instructions, anaesthesia assessment, or referral to a suitable veterinary facility.

Every surgical or anaesthetic procedure carries potential risks. These risks should be discussed with the treating veterinarian before the procedure.

Veterinary Wellness does not guarantee complication-free surgical outcomes.

12. Pet Boarding

Pet boarding services may be subject to availability, vaccination requirements, temperament assessment, health condition, age, and other operational criteria.

Pet owners must disclose relevant medical conditions, medication requirements, dietary restrictions, allergies, behavioural issues, aggression, and emergency contact information before boarding.

We may refuse or discontinue boarding where a pet's condition creates a safety, health, or operational concern.

13. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines should only be administered according to the directions of a qualified veterinary professional.

Pet owners are responsible for following dosage instructions, treatment duration, storage requirements, follow-up recommendations, and other directions provided by the veterinarian.

Do not discontinue, increase, decrease, or substitute prescribed veterinary medicines without appropriate veterinary advice.

14. Fees and Charges

Veterinary consultation charges, home visit charges, diagnostic charges, vaccination costs, grooming charges, boarding fees, medicines, procedures, transportation, emergency services, and other costs may vary depending on the service required.

Where possible, customers may be informed of applicable charges before the service is provided.

Additional treatment, medicines, diagnostic tests, procedures, consumables, or emergency interventions may result in additional charges.

15. Payment Terms

Payment may be accepted through cash, UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway, or other available payment methods.

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of veterinary service.

Certain services may require advance payment or booking confirmation charges.

16. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers should inform Veterinary Wellness as early as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.

In cases where a veterinary professional has already started travelling to the customer's location, a home visit or cancellation charge may apply.

Consultation fees, completed home visit charges, completed grooming services, diagnostic testing charges, vaccination charges, medicines, consumables, and services already provided are generally non-refundable.

Where advance payment has been collected for a service that Veterinary Wellness is unable to provide, refund eligibility may be assessed according to the circumstances of the booking.

Pet owners must notify Veterinary Wellness in advance if the pet has a history of biting, aggression, severe anxiety, or unpredictable behaviour.

For safety reasons, the veterinary doctor or team may request the use of a leash, muzzle, carrier, restraint assistance, or other appropriate safety measures.

Veterinary professionals may refuse or discontinue a service if there is a serious risk of injury to the veterinarian, staff, owner, pet, or other individuals.

20. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain veterinary services may involve independent laboratories, veterinary hospitals, pharmacies, payment providers, pet boarding facilities, transportation providers, or other third-party service providers.

Such third parties may operate under their own terms, policies, professional responsibilities, pricing, and service conditions.
